Cacao is a heart opening plant medicine which comes from the earth. So when you are working with cacao, you are also working with Gaia, the spirit of the earth. You are strengthening your connection to Gaia and all the beings who inhabit this planet. Cacao softens your heart and makes it easier for you to meet yourself deeper by removing the layers of all that isn't you.
This medicine first came into my life in January of 2026. So far, I have sat with it in ritual over 25 times. It made space in my heart for me to meet all parts of myself with love, kindness and acceptance. I felt called to share it with the community too. So I listened to the call and started monthly in-person Cacao Circles in North End Halifax.
In each ceremony, we start with a cup of ceremonial cacao, setting prayers and intentions.
We also use singing bowls, crystals, candles and oracle decks for as additional tools for support.
Then we get into shadow work journaling prompts which acts as a warm up for the meditation. The specific shadow work questions we work through, energetically brings you into the the healing space we are here for.
The most important part is the guided meditative journey itself and towards the end of it, I channel light language codes aligned with everyone's highest good.

In April, we opened a portal of connection and met our higher self & inner child and received grounding light codes from earth.

In May, we travelled through the portal of remembrance and were guided to a past lifetime in Atlantis in deep blue waters. We received messages and channeled healing codes from Atlantis.

The Solstice Cacao Ceremony held in June allowed us to tap into the solar codes through the portal of transmutation where we transformed the parts of our lives energetically that were ready to be shed. We connected with the Aquamarine Flame and worked with our Earth dragon and Fire dragon for the very first time.

In July, we opened up a portal in our wombs and were taken to the parts of ourselves that were deep in the shadows and needed us the most. We worked with the rose frequency and deep water healing medicine.
