Reiki Offerings

Full Body Reiki

  • Reiki works on all levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual

  • We will start by discussing a few things about the session and setting intention for clarity and a better flow

  • Then we will spend one full hour sending the universal reiki energy into your body to clear energetic blocks and balance the body as a whole

  • We will end the session by discussing the energetic blocks I've picked up on in your body through the session and how to work through them

Distance Reiki

  • Energy is never confined to a limited space. Your energy travels across space time dimensions. You can receive the same benefits of reiki from the anywhere in the world. 

  • While booking you can mention if there is anything specific you would like me to focus on in your session. I will hold the session typically night time when your body is in a relaxed state. 

  • I will work on clearing any energetic blocks and balancing your body as a whole. After you session, I will send you notes on everything I've picked up during your session and how to work through them.
